2-roller cold rolling machine for copper rod wire
I. Breif information
The main rolling mill is the important part of the continuous cold
rolling mill . It includes base, frame, reducer, motor etc. Each
frame is driven by an independent motor.Copper rod rolling mill from Ф17mm to Ф8mm has two roller stands or
three roller stands. They are sell well in Malaysia, Thailand,
North Korea, Egypt, Algeria and other areas and countries for the
machine’s beautiful appearance,stable operation and high-quality
products.
II. Feature
Rollers of each rolling stand are driven by separate inverter
motor. When the shape of the pass and rotating speed of each pass
stand roller are changed at the same time, each stand can operate
asynchronously. Processing rollers can change the shape of the
pass, and the gear ratio of each stand roller can be set on the
touch screen. So on the premise of meeting the stand strength,
2-roller copper rod cold rolling mill can roll different dimensions
of copper rod and also roll other materials.
