Equipment Description

The unit is used for copper rod cold rolling. Through cold rolling, the mechanical behavior can be raised and the defects from casting can be also fetched up. The producing capacity is 2.5ton / hour when roll from Φ17mm to Φ8mm.

Terms Of Payment

1. Thirty percent (30%) earnest money of the total price stipulated in the contract should be paid

within 7 working days since the day both parties signed or stamped on the contract.the contract

will take effect on the day all the earnest money is received.

2. Seventy percent (70%) of the total price stipulated in the contract should be paid by T/T before

shipment. The shipment will be arranged when the payment is received.

3. All payments should be paid by T/T or bank draft to seller 's bank account.

Installation, Adjustment and Acceptance

• The seller will send engineers to the buyer's site to direct the installation and test run. The buyer should prepare the installation site including, but not limited to, hoisting apparatus, labor power, tools and civil construction, etc. The buyer is responsible for the civil construction and arrange the accommodation for the seller's engineers.

• The buyer should check and accept the equipment within 3 days of the date of the completion of the test run. If the acceptance does not pass, the buyer should submit a written objection with treatment advice. Otherwise, the equipment is considered as meeting the contractual specifications and being accepted by the buyer.
