Technical process
First, check the device to see if it works normal (including that
roll wheel stands must be fill with butter per shift, the sanitary
conditions of frame and each guide and so on); after ensuring the
normal condition of the equipment and safety operation, turn on the
power supply; wait for the console touch screen to enter into the
normal working screen, then open the oil pump. After the oil pump
starts working, lubricating oil flows into the 2 high motive power
frame. for a moment, through the transparent oil return pipe the
lubricating oil can be seen to come out from the oil return hole of
the motive power frame. At this time, open the rolling mill
operation ( as well as forward and reverse); and then open the
emulsion pump, wait for emulsion to flow out from each cooling
point of the 2 high frame and roll the copper rod; the rolling
speed can not be too fast at the beginning of rolling copper rod,
but it can be speed up to normal produce when copper rod comes out
from rolling mill and penetrates into take-up machine and coil
basket. after penetration take up and looping basket ,can increase
speed. turn into normal production. When finish, turn off the
rolling mill(take-up machine),emulsion pump,oil pump,main power in
order.

1main rolling mill
The main rolling mill is the important part of the continuous cold
rolling mill . It includes base, frame, reducer, motor etc. Each
frame is driven by an independent motor. All the basic rolling
process is finished on the main rolling mill, and the number of the
frames is different according to different rolling size.

each pass has entry and exit guide, odd frame of entry guide glides
to lead in, and even frame rolls glides to lead in.
Coiling take-up machine
1 This machine consists of draught gear and take-up device, meets
the characteristics of taking-up enclosure and requirements of
constant taking-up speed. As the rotate speed must be steplessly
adjusted within certain area, the AC inverter motor is adopted, and
connected with rolling motor

feeding and straightening device
The feeding and straightening device is in front of the main
rolling mill, and it is used to straighten the rods so that it can
feed the rod easier.

Advantages

motor. When the shape of the pass and rotating speed of each pass
stand roller are changed at the same time, each stand can operate
asynchronously. Processing rollers can change the shape of the
pass, and the gear ratio of each stand roller can be set on the
